It holds a valid Money Lender Licence and a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) Licence, and is regulated by relevant Hong Kong financial authorities to conduct lawful lending and trust or company service operations. Its registered office is at FLAT/RM 602, 6/F, Hung To Centre, 94-96 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Tevau Technology Canada Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of Canada with registration number BC1555683. It holds a Money Services Business (MSB) licence registered with FINTRAC (Registration No. C10001508). Under this licence and in line with FINTRAC official definitions, the company is permitted to carry out foreign exchange dealing, dealing in virtual currency and other regulated money services. The company is also a registered Payment Service Provider (PSP) with the Bank of Canada under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA) (Entity ID: RPS0015766), which authorises it to perform regulated retail payment activities, including payment processing, holding end-user funds, and facilitating electronic fund transfers. These dual registrations enable Tevau Technology Canada Limited to legally provide crypto asset services and global payment services in full compliance with Canadian federal regulations.
